Artist Statement:
Kaniyo. Tales reinterprets traditional folklore through a contemporary visual language grounded in South Indian culture. Referencing tattoo traditions, textiles, miniature painting, and geometry, the tale of the Frogs and the Cobra examines systems of power, fear, and communal consequence.
